How we’re supporting our customers and employees

unclog drain

Covid-19 is affecting everyone and we’re working hard to prioritize emergencies and put the needs of our most vulnerable customers first – no matter what.

How is Drain Tech keeping customers safe during tech visits?

When you schedule an appointment, we’ll ask you if:

  • You or anyone in your home has been diagnosed with Covid-19
  • You or anyone in your home has been advised to self-isolate
  • Anyone in your home is at higher risk – i.e. over 70, diabetic, high blood pressure, etc
  • You or anyone in your home has traveled recently or gathered into large groups such as church or a birthday party

If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions, we’ll work with you to assess your need for a tech visit before deciding what to do next to unclog drain.

When a tech does visit a customer’s home, they’ll take additional precautions – including hand-washing – before, during and after the appointment. They’ll protect you and your family members by keeping a safe distance at all times – and we ask you to do the same while they unclog drain.

Our techs wear masks and gloves at all times while they unclog drains.

How is Drain Tech keeping employees safe during tech visits?

Since the Coronavirus is spread in fecal matter, we ask that you bleach the area our techs will be working in prior to their arrival. If you are physically unable to do so, please inform our dispatcher and our techs will take care of it before beginning work. If you are physically able to clean the area but choose not to, a $10 cleaning charge will be added to your invoice.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at (937) 222-8888

We are available 24/7, 365 days a year to unclog your drains.

We take cleanliness extremely seriously and will do everything possible to keep you and your family safe.
